My Studio Receiver won't maintain a solid red charging light while charging wirelessly and the Studio charging indication on the screen will not hold a consistent charge. What are my next steps?
The entire main PCBA will need to be replaced as the components that failed and are causing the problem are unrepairable. The problem is not in the battery PCBA or wireless charging station. This problem will require an RMA.
