My Multiverse ColorSource Relay wont turn on or receive DMX at any other universe setting than 1 My Studio Receiver won't maintain a solid red charging light while charging wirelessly and the Studio charging indication on the screen will not hold a consistent charge. What are my next steps? My 5942 will turn on via the Micro USB but will not power up via the Power + & - port. My secondary firmware will not update, I have tried forcing the update but it still won't update. My 5916/17 Unit does not power up My 5916/17 Unit powers up but can’t be controlled MY 5916/17 Dimmer fault codes: Status light will blink red when problems are encountered Multiverse SHoW IDs: Fixtures connected to the receiver are not responding. My Transmitter (5902, 5903, 5910, 5911, 5912, 7400-5902, 7400-5903) has no obstructions between it and the receivers other than a glass window. Why can I not get signal to my receivers? My 5942/5943 & 5916/5917 won't appear as a port option when using the USB Config tool. Why won't it connect? My multi-channel dimmer is only working on channel 1, red. What could be wrong?
